Delivery options

Choose how you want to receive travel demand.

Live Inbound Calls

Travelers call in and are routed directly to your mobile phone, office line, or booking team.

Best for

Travel consultants and agencies who can answer calls live and want to speak with travelers in real time.

Booked Travel Appointments

Ayson Travel answers the inbound call, confirms the traveler’s basic booking need, and books the appointment onto your calendar based on your availability.

Best for

Busy travel professionals who want scheduled appointments instead of live call interruptions.

Categories

Travel call categories available.

Built for speed to lead.

Travelers often contact more than one source when they are ready to book or need help. The faster they are answered or scheduled, the better the chance of turning the opportunity into a real booking.

Appointments

Booked travel appointments.

If you prefer not to receive live calls, Ayson Travel can answer the inbound call and book the traveler onto your calendar.

Booked travel appointment pricing is reviewed based on category, schedule, volume, and appointment criteria.

  • Calendar link
  • Appointment length
  • Preferred appointment days
  • Preferred appointment hours
  • Maximum appointments per day
  • Maximum appointments per week
  • Buffer time between appointments
  • Basic traveler information to collect before booking

Prepaid wallet

Fund your account, set your daily call cap, and pay only for qualified calls or booked appointments delivered. Your prepaid balance is deducted as qualified calls or appointments are completed.

Starter Balance

$500

Best for testing inbound travel calls.

Growth Balance

$1,000

Best for solo advisors ready for steady call volume.

Agency Balance

$2,500

Best for agencies with daily call capacity.

Volume Balance

$5,000

Best for larger teams with higher call capacity.

Your prepaid balance is applied toward approved qualified calls or booked appointments. If Ayson Travel cannot support your approved call plan, unused balance may be credited or refunded based on the final agreement.

Live inbound travel calls

Daily volume pricing.

Qualified calls delivered per dayRate per qualified call
1 to 10$75
11 to 20$65
21 or more$50

Your rate is based on the number of qualified calls delivered each day. Higher daily delivered volume unlocks lower per call pricing. If your requested cap is 21 or more calls per day but only 5 qualified calls are delivered that day, the 1 to 10 call rate applies for that day.

  • If 5 qualified calls are delivered in one day, your balance is deducted at $75 per call.
  • If 15 qualified calls are delivered in one day, your balance is deducted at $65 per call.
  • If 21 or more qualified calls are delivered in one day, your balance is deducted at $50 per call.

Quality

Qualified call review window.

Each live inbound call includes a 60 second review window. This gives you time to confirm basic call fit before the call is counted as qualified.

The 60 second review window is used to evaluate whether the caller matches the approved travel category and basic criteria. Calls that meet the approved criteria are counted as qualified and deducted from the prepaid balance.

Example qualifying questions

  • What destination or trip type are you interested in?
  • When are you looking to travel?
